WRAP CLAIM & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

At Bee Crafts Shop, we strive to provide a fun, organized, and fair wrap claim experience for everyone. Due to the time involved in processing claims, organizing inventory, invoicing, and preparing orders, the following policy applies to all wrap claim purchases.

WRAP CLAIM DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is required to participate in wrap claims. This deposit is applied toward your final order total and secures your participation in the claim process.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit payment covers services already provided, including but not limited to:

• Inventory allocation and reservation

• Wrap claim management and organization

• Invoice preparation and processing

• Administrative time spent selecting, organizing, and preparing orders

• Time associated with managing live claims and customer selections

 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Deposits are non-refundable once wrap claims have been made.

If a customer claims extra wraps and fails to complete payment for extra products claimed, the deposit will be retained to cover administrative services, inventory allocation, claim processing, invoice preparation, and time associated with wrap selection and management.

 

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for paying any remaining balance by the payment deadline communicated during the live sale, invoice process, or posted claim schedule.

• Additional wraps claimed beyond the original amount require immediate payment

• Failure to complete payment will result in order cancellation and no refund or product will be sent.

• We are unable to place wraps on hold or allow delayed payments unless otherwise stated

 

FAIR CLAIMING POLICY

We kindly ask customers to only claim wraps they are fully prepared to purchase. Excessive unpaid claims reduce inventory availability and impact the experience for other customers.

By submitting payment for a wrap claim deposit, customers acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products ,such as special orders or personalized items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
